FEATURES OF USING DIFFERENT TYPES OF ENERGY FOR PROTECTING THE ADJACENT TERRITORY OF BUILDINGS FROM NADY

Abstract. The article presents an overview of the factors affecting the formation of ice on the local area of buildings, as well as an overview of the various methods that are used to combat this phenomenon. The authors put the analysis which shows that in the East Siberian region it is expedient to use electric energy for creation of systems of de-icing of the house territory. The article shows that in order to create anti-icing systems it is necessary to take into account the individual characteristics of the building, its operating conditions. The article suggests design organizations to introduce new innovative solutions to solve problems with icing tracks, steps and ramps, which are located in the surrounding area.
